Before I start explaining Maria Duval's creative visualisation exercise 1, let me explain and recap what is the exact meaning of "Creative Visualisation". I have written about this topic before, however, there's no harm repeating once again in the latest blog post.
Creative Visualisation
In a simple term, this is a technique for representing a desired object with the help of some or a series of mental images in the form of thoughts. It is the ability to imagine, to form up images in your head repeated with affirmative thoughts, until they become an actual event that happens in your life.

When you are walking, get into the habit of looking attentively at the people you meet and discipline yourself to remember as accurately as possible the cut and color of their clothes, their haircut, gestures, facial characteristics.
By getting into the habit of doing this, you will become more observant and you will be able to remember what you have seen for longer. Your Spiritual Gifts
Maria Duval says as spiritual beings, we all have received spiritual gifts. This in essence means each one of us has an unique spiritual ability which enables us to communicate with the spiritual realm - our angels, spiritual guides, other spirits and the Higher Power. Once you know what you spiritual gift is, you can use it to help others.
Sadly, most do not realize this special ability or have not learn to tap into it to awaken the spiritual consciousness. Maria says the best way to reach it is through meditation. I have learned that this gift is an ability that each person has developed over many lifetimes, and is not easy to pick up as it requires tremendous faith and patience.

Spiritual psychic Maria Duval gives an analogy of your brain to a reflective mirror as it is perpetually reflecting "packets" of external "data" that come into your direct pathway. These sudden ideas do come and leave, and there is no "shield" to protect the brain of what is to come or leave. That is, we lack a "control" system inside and hence we are easily influenced. Maria Duval explains some of the proven principles to attract wealth into our lives.
1. Expectation: Expect the best and see how result is spontaneously contained in the expectation. Don't doubt this, and never be discouraged. Have calm faith in the results and abundance will manifest itself all by itself. Tell yourself that the occasional failure contains within it the seeds of success. Actually, there is no such thing as failure; what we call failure is just a mechanism through which we learn to be successful later.

Give and receive are the flow of energy in this Universe and they are not just confined to material giving or receiving. 4. Display willpower: Maria thinks this is vital too. Willpower is the ability to take a decision that you can't turn your back on later. It means focus 100% on a stated objective that nothing external can bring it down. Once you have decided to become wealthy, show your willpower and do the right things. The Universe will take care of the details for you. In the end, remember to thank the Universe for the gifts and this expression of gratitude will in turn bring in more abundance to your life.

Vibrate to the "Sound of the Universe"
An interesting principle in spirituality is called "The Sound of the Universe". It is thought that the whole Universe when broken down into its most fundamental form, is just a endless and borderless mass of vibrating energy. Maria Duval says that the "Sound of the Universe" or "OM" is a low humming sound emitted from this spatial span of cosmic energy. "OM" is also considered as the "Sound of the Existence" too.
What we are referring now is the most extremely ancient sound formed due to the vibration of the whole Universe, and in terms of purity, this is the purest form created totally on realm and no other forms of sound can even come near it.

Maria Duval reaffirms that one thing is right, that you have the right to be rich. You are brought to this earth to lead a life of happiness, freedom and abundance. You should therefore have the means and money you need to be living well and prosperous.

Wealth is part of reality. When you are truly in tune with the nature of reality and you know that this reality is itself your own nature, you will come to realise that you can create anything because all material creation has the same origin. Nature draws on the same source, whether to create stars, forest, animal or a thought.
