Creative Visualisation is a source of energy that is invisible but nevertheless very powerful. It is based on the remarkable powers and the force of the subconscious mind or the Unconscious. It uses mental and visual energy like thoughts, images, dreams and affirmations.
Maria Duval says that there is a magic practice based on the same elements, but which uses the energy of the word and sound: The repetition of Mantras. The term "Mantra" literally means "means of thought" and comes from the Sanskrit language, the ancient Hindu language spoken by the masters of the magic arts.If you are not aware of it, sound vibrations of the spoken words have a certain level of power and energy, which can have an impact on the physical body.
Mantra works through the subconscious intention, and the repetition of these syllables acting in harmony with the cosmic energy contained in the ether, which is a very subtle fluid found in human beings and the whole universe.
Maria Duval explains that repeating a Mantra creates cerebral vibrations which have the potential to reverberate on the astral plane and the resulting accumulation of the energy can be projected throughout the ether, in order to obtain the desired result.

Visualisation for Success
Firstly, Maria Duval concurs that if you passionately want to get out of a bad financial phase, have some room to breath, make the most of life, have more money to enjoy and spend on those close to you, set in motion your travel and study projects, buy a new car or live in a bigger house, taste the happiness of a prosperous life, spread the benefits around you, all you need to do is project onto your screen - the screen of your closed eyelids - a mental image of the current situation, then induce in your imagination the positive changes that you want to happen first in your life.
Replay the film in your mind, several times a day, preferably in the morning and in the evening before you go to bed. Never interrupt your visualisation on the basis of rational and so called reasonable objections. Work with determination on the realisation of one objective only at a time. By remaining focused on this same objective, you will be more efficient.
Lastly, Maria Duval reminds, remember that everything the mind conceives, it can obtain.

Maria Duval - Creative Visualisation Exercise 3
It's a few days since the last post and I hope things are going well in your life.
Let me continue with Maria Duval's Creative Visualisation Exercise. This is the last if the 3 posts about this practical topic.
First, select a shape like a matchbox, book, vase or etc. Settle yourself in a relaxed position and then focus your attention on the object. Observe intently its colour, contour and shape. Now close your eyes and try to see the object in your mind as clearly as possible.
At first, you may see that the object is blurred or fleeting. Try to improve this image as much as possible. Open your eyes and look at the object again. This time, look at all the details and characteristics. Then close your eyes again and reconstruct the object in your mind, seeing it as perfectly as possible. Repeat this exercise until you succeed in representing this object clearly. You must see it in your mind as if you had seen it with your eyes.
With the practice you have had from the exercises before, now create the image of a black circle mentally. Once you have captured this image, use your will to maintain the vision. If you need to, use the index finger pressure technique, maintaining this pressure for about 30 seconds.
Now that your black circle is static, you are going to change the colour. Concentrate hard on the colour purple. Then say the word purple a few times. The important thing is the conviction with which you say the word, which should come from deep within you.
Maria Duval says now you try to see your black circle get gradually lighter, making it purple by using your will. This will be easy for you to do because your circle does not have any will of it own. It cannot but obey you. It is what you want it to be and nothing else.
Lastly, once the colour has changed, start working on the now purple circle again, making it change to other colours...
Maria Duval advises that by doing these series of visualization exercises, it will set you on a firm foundation to start your creative visualisation process such that you will gain the most with less effort.

Creative Visualisation Exercise 2
I talk about Maria Duval's Creative Visualisation Exercise a couple of posts ago and the feedback I receive is positive. I am glad there are some visitors who loyally follow this blog and I am really appreciative of your kind gesture. Let me know if you have a blog and I will follow its RSS as a a sign of reciprocation.
Creative visualisation is a mental technique of imaging and visualising as clear pictures of the positive events that you wish to happen in your life, until it becomes true event.
If you have practiced Exercise 1, now you have been keen to practise Exercise 2 as well. To make it more streamlined, I have written this Maria Duval's mental technique at eHow.com as a series of steps for you to follow.
The first 2 steps are :
Step 1
Take a piece of paper and draw a black dot in the middle. (size of the dot is not important as long as it is clearly visible)
Step 2
Sit down comfortably and look at the black dot for about 1 or 2 minutes. Relax and empty your mind and let any thoughts that come in to dissipate.

Positive Self Talks for Wealth and Prosperity
t is said that self-talk on a daily basis plays a substantial role in the wealth you have for your life. Maybe you will not even self talks exist as it is like a computer process running silently at the task bar with affecting your normal productive works
Maria Duval gives some common examples which could be: "I don't think my financial situation will ever improve. I'm so tired of having to struggle for every penny I get. The Universe must hate me to keep punishing me like this. Why can't I get ahead? What is wrong with me?"
These thoughts are usually not very obvious, but it is pretty sure that these negativity are in us, and it's important that we need to do something about these negative thoughts even if you're not always consciously aware of them.
A great way to start doing this is by actively engaging in positive self-talk on a regular basis.
Maria says, repeat words like, "I deserve to be wealthy and abundunt. The universe is helping me to change my life for the better."
That's how you can change the negative self talks to positive ones. You may not notice a big difference in results immediately. With more repetitions and positive thoughts, you are going to totally "revamp" your mind.
How to Create a Personal Sacred Space
Sometime ago, I published on ehow.com this article "How to Create a Personal Sacred Space" as guide by Maria Duval.

More people are realizing the importance of spirituality in this chaotic world. Practicing spirituality allows one to seek the truth of life, achieve calmness and increase intuition. Therefore, it is always desirable to have a space at own home where you can perform rituals. This will allow you to replenish your energy rapidly and effectively due to the spiritual strength that accumulates during the rituals.
Let me explain to you how to set up a sacred space at home.

Creative Visualisation Exercise 1
Before I start explaining Maria Duval's creative visualisation exercise 1, let me explain and recap what is the exact meaning of "Creative Visualisation". I have written about this topic before, however, there's no harm repeating once again in the latest blog post.
Creative Visualisation
In a simple term, this is a technique for representing a desired object with the help of some or a series of mental images in the form of thoughts. It is the ability to imagine, to form up images in your head repeated with affirmative thoughts, until they become an actual event that happens in your life.
Creative Visualisation Exercise 1
When you are walking, get into the habit of looking attentively at the people you meet and discipline yourself to remember as accurately as possible the cut and color of their clothes, their haircut, gestures, facial characteristics.
By getting into the habit of doing this, you will become more observant and you will be able to remember what you have seen for longer. You will also be prepared for more complex form of concentration, and it will help you with the creation of mental images when you start on the next two Maria Duval's visualisation exercises.
