Maria Duval say that sleeping well is a good natural way to develop better intuition. There is a widespread belief in the healing powers of sleep. It is therefore important to respect your sleep patterns.
Maria Duval says there is a very simple rule for this: listen to yourself. In other words, go to bed when you are tired and wake up when you feel refreshed! Animals follow this rule instinctively but humans may not be so. However, there is a very simple way of remaining fit and healthy. Learn to catch the "sleep rain".
Here is how you can listen to the messages sent by your body:
- yawning may indicate that the body and mind are relaxing.
- a heavy head means your neck muscles are becoming too tired to support it, it drops forward and then jerks back up as if you were reacting against feeling "shattered".
- eyes water or sting.
Have the determination to make the right decision, to do the sensible thing. Tell yourself: "I'm feeling sleeping, and I am going to bed."
You can't imagine the extent to which this type of decision favours your progress along the path of Initiation!
Maria Duval also says that we must learn to respect your inner rhythm and the time of your "sleep train". If you don't, tell yourself there won't be another "train" along for two hours.
Also remember that the hours of sleep before midnight count as double since they are quality hours and the most beneficial for the regeneration of your tired organism.

Maria Duval - The 'Key' to What Really Motivates You to Achieve Your Dreams!
What motivates you? What gets you fired up? What gets your 'juices' flowing? What vision of the future excites you? Being inspired momentarily is easy for many people, but staying motivated long-term can be challenging for some of us. You go through a process of being really motivated in the beginning to being completely unmotivated, which makes it easy for anyone to quit. What happens when you go from being so excited you can't wait to get up in the morning, to being so tired you can't wait to go to bed at night. Somewhere between the starting point and the quitting point, the very thing that was driving you was lost.

Think about how a parent might be driven to do something for their child. Maybe they go back to school so they can get a better paying job so they can provide a better life for them. Why? Because they want their child to feel good when they have the things they want and need. When the child feels good, the parent feels really good too.
The motivation to achieve our goals is driven by one of the deepest emotions - happiness. It is an important commonality among all goal seekers. Whether we want money, freedom, independence or health - it all comes down to the fact that we crave happiness. If we want to achieve a specific goal for someone else the same rule applies. We want to achieve a goal because it provides something for someone else - and again, whether it is money, freedom or some other aspect - it all comes down to the emotion of feeling happy. We want things for other people, because we want them to feel happy. And when they feel happiness, we feel happiness. In some cases, it may be vice versa; we crave to be happy for ourselves first - and that's perfectly OK!
You have dreams and goals, but when was the last time you felt them? Have you ever felt them? You might have the motivation to make more money, but there is any underlying reason below the surface. What is it? Get below the surface and connect with the feeling of what you want and why you want them. The underlying reason will help give you the motivation you need to keep going until you have achieved them.
Here are some exercises to help you connect with the feeling of your dreams and goals.

Start with your Life Intention Statement.
What are your goals? What do they mean to you? For your family? Friends? The rest of the world? If you could do anything in this lifetime what you most like to do? Maybe it's something you've always wanted to do, but didn't think it was possible for you? This is really an open exercise - there are no limits - think about things only you really want. You can phrase them as goals, intentions, life purpose - whatever you would like to call them.
Write all your goals down on paper and detail when you would like to achieve each one (specifically the month, day, and year).
When it's all said and done...
When this life is all said and done, what do you want people to say about you? How do you want to be remembered? Write down some statements you would like people to say about you. And does your Life Intention Statement big enough to accomplish what you want people to say about you? If it doesn't - you need to be thinking even bigger!
Tools for Staying Motivated
Visualization
The biggest key to staying motivated is to connect with the feeling of having already achieved your goal. Put yourself in the moment of living it. Feel the happiness, relief, joy, excitement - whatever good feeling you get from it and just hold on to for a moment. You can do this anywhere (except when you're driving!). All you do is close your eyes and just visualize it; the sounds, the smells, the touch.
For each goal, write down the emotions you imagine experiencing when you have achieved them. In moments when you need motivation, just review the emotions you noted with each goal. Reconnecting with the emotional side of your goals is a powerful way to stay motivated.
Written Goals
Writing your goals down and then reviewing them on a daily basis has a lot of impact. It actually works to focus your subconscious on the task at hand which reduces the amount of "wandering" the mind does when it doesn't have a goal to focus on. This will also aid with manifesting your goals quicker, because the more focused your mind is the more focused your actions will be - whether you consciously realize it or not. Put time on your calendar each day to review what you really want. It only takes a few minutes.
Set up Goal Milestones
It can seem like a lifetime between the time you set your goal and the day you finally achieve it, but it really isn't that long. To help make the gap between the starting point and the achievement point seem shorter, set up milestones where you reward yourself along the way. The reward can really be anything you wish it to be, as long as it's something that makes you feel good.
But be careful that your reward does not compromise your goal. As an example, if your goal is to eliminate $10,000 in debt and you do really well for 3 months and decide to reward yourself with a $3,000 shopping spree; that is not supporting your goals. However, if having a new pair of shoes or a new outfit is the one thing that would make you feel good - then spend $100, not $3,000. Maybe you've improved your eating habits to lose weight. You've been doing great, so you reward yourself with half a pizza and lots of beer. Again, the reward is vital, but it must support your goals. Get the point? It's OK to reward yourself, just don't compromise your goal and counter act the positive changes you've been making.
Whether you want to achieve your goals for you or someone else, you are full of potential and have the power to achieve anything. You can live your dreams and goals, if you just grab hold of them. The motivation will come from connecting with the feeling of why you wanted them in the first place. Stay focused on how achieving your goals will make you feel and you will stay motivated.

Lucid Dreaming
Lucid dreaming is a skill that can be learned, and anyone who has the interest to learn can easily do so. There's science behind lucid dreaming, though. Lucid Dreaming is knowing that you are dreaming while you are doing it. When you know that you are dreaming, you can also alter the dream course.
Lucid dreaming is usually induced by some sort of cue, something that indicates to the person that what they are experiencing is a dream, and not reality. These cues are often referred to as dream signs. Lucid dreaming is when you have a dream and you are aware that you are dreaming. This awareness gives room for control, manipulation, etc. Lucid dreaming is an excellent way to harness creative mind and use its power to the ultimate. When you become aware in a dream that you are dreaming, and that you have the power to control the outcome of the dream, you have unlimited power.
Lucid dreaming is the ability to know when one is dreaming, and be able to influence what will be dreamt. A normal dream is much like passively watching a movie take place in your skull. Lucid dreaming is an ancient art form, experienced by all human cultures throughout recorded history. As there are literally dozens of terms used to describe this phenomenon, the important thing is that they all refer to a spectrum of consciousness that we each experience every day and night. Lucid dreaming is a very simple concept but for most it will take patience and determination to achieve. Many people seem ignorant of the distinction between having a lucid dream, and controlling a dream.
Lucid dreaming is sometimes considered as a skill needed for even more exciting skills, like astral traveling. Not given as an example by the respondents, but some people also consider lucid dreaming helpful for getting telepathic dreams. Lucid dreaming is more than just an inexpensive vacation; it can have effective psychological applications, including creative problem-solving. For instance, there was a musician who suffered from paralyzing stage fright and would use his sleep time to practice in front of an audience. Lucid dreaming is, indeed, a profound test of self-reality, utilizing the surreal nature of dreaming to question and manipulate the complexities of selfhood. In waking life, these complexities can be analyzed and tested but under circumstances where social rules seem to be hegemonic.
Lucid dreaming is a paradoxical state in which the window of consciousness is seemingly closed to the outside world but open to an inner one. Lucid dreamers know they're dreaming, and if truly adept can return to the same dream night after night and manipulate the content, all without waking up.
Lucid Dreaming is not a modern discovery. Even though it has only come to the attention of the general public in the last few decades, even as early as the fifth century people were having lucid dreams. Lucid dreaming is something that everybody can experience and it's possible to see results in a matter of days.
Lucid dreaming is a harmless practice and can even help some combat the demons (which are manifestations of real life fears) on a real life daily basis. People can be more intimate, more outspoken, more aggressive and be real achievers in their dream worlds. Lucid dreaming is not for everyone. At times, it's healthy to just let your mind take you where it thinks you need to be (in your dreams).

Maria Duval - Be a winner from the start!
A lot of people have the aspirations and dreams to achieve something special in their life but when things do not go their way, they often commit the mistake of giving up, sometimes even before starting! So, do not allow yourself to be hampered by the kind of sluggish mentality that tells you your desire cannot be realised. As many motivation experts have mentioned, do not just stop at theory stage, at least execute some of your ideas and actions into motion.
Spring into action as soon as good idea enters your head! Or else a promising opportunity could just disappear and not coming back again. Take psychic Maria Duval's word for it, "be a winner from the start!"
So how can you develop this wonderful ability? It's easy!
Allow your strength of mind to give you the strength to act!
And remember, fortune only smiles on those who are AUDACIOUS! Do not just look at the cherry, take a big bite out of it! Use this good advice to help you to develop this "go-getting" temperament, the winning spirit.
Take immediate action when an opportunity presents iteself!
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today! Everything that has been done no longer needs doing.

Seeking the truth
Clairvoyant Maria Duval says that the reason why life is so difficult to many is because their lives are governed by fear. If you look around, you'll soon realise that our beautiful world is not beautiful to some as they experience human suffering, anger, vengeful thoughts, violence, fighting and other atrocities. All of these are just a reflection of a "dream" injustice.
In essence, all mankind is seeking truth, justice and beauty. We are on a continual question for truth because we only believe the lies that are etched on our mind. We search for justice because it doesn't exist in our belief system.
We never cease searching, but all is already within us! In fact life goes on as if we were moving through a fog. This is nothing but a dream, a personal "life dreams" made up of our beliefs, all the ideas we have about what we are, all the agreements that we have made with others, ourselves and even with God.
4.12.07
We dream constantly
What we actually see everywhere are really images. Other senses like hearing makes you able to pick up sounds from your surrounding at anytime. Clairvoyant Maria Duval said all these are actually dreams, conducted by our powerful brain. Our brain dreams about everything twenty four hours a day and that is its main function. That means we dream when we are awake or when we are asleep.
Let Maria Duval explain the difference. During the waking state, the frame of reference of the material world makes us see things in continuum, in a linear fashion. But when we are sleeping, it no longer has this frame of reference, so the dream tends to change constantly.
1.8.07
Dreams that are dissociated from reality
Human beings often get into the habit of dreaming in a way that is dissociated from reality as what Maria Duval had said previously.
Let me give you examples of this.
One day, you are walking down the street and on the opposite direction, there is an attractive stranger walking towards you. You smile at that stranger and that stranger also smiles at you. And you and the stranger walks across one and another to carry on with the respective journeys.
How many different assumptions and suppositions could be running through the minds of both of you?
1. The stranger is expecting you to start a conversation.
2. The stranger could be smiling at someone behind you.
3. The stranger could be liking you at first sight.
4. The stranger thinks your physical appearance is charming and wants to seduce you.
5. You think that the stranger likes you that why he/she smiles back at you.
6. You think that the stranger looks like an old lost friend of yours.
7. You think that the stranger looks friendly.
And so the assumptions in you and the stranger's minds are running like a short inner "film". You have constructed an imaginary relationship in your mind but this is only existing as your personal dream.
2.7.07
Living out Your Dreams
According to Maria Duval, lots of people pray for wealth, prosperity and success, but as they do so, they mind retains an impression of deficiency, failure and limitation which is wrong because your desire and mental images must agree. When there is a conflict between your desire and your imagination, it's always the imagination who wins.
In fact, anyone who declares "I'm rich and prosperous" but actually believes they are poor and restricted, will only become more impoverished. You have to get your conscious and your subconscious on the same wavelength, otherwise there is a conflict in your mind. The subconscious always accept the dominant idea.
Feeling jealous and envious of other people's wealth is a great obstacle to those who want to be prosperous themselves. Remember that your thoughts have a generative power, and you will create in your own life the things you think about other people. If you have mean thoughts, you yourself will become poorer. It's by rejoicing in other people's good fortune that you create your own.
It's when you are going to sleep, and your mental activity is winding down, that's easiest to impregnate your subconscious with whatever you want to. And so this is the time when you must see and feel yourself actually living out your dreams, as Maria Duval suggests.

Our Dreams
Everyone dreams. Dreams are our mental illusions from the deepest subconsciousness and they are our windows to our mysterious mind. Dreams are more than strange images that come when we sleep but they are often accurate in reflecting what we are actually thinking and manifesting at the time. Dreams can often mean some meanings to our feelings, thoughts, behaviours, motives and values.
Dreams are a part of our heritage, the way our souls have spoken to us from the beginning of time. Dreams are stating the present condition (psychological, physical and metaphysical) of the dreamer, at the time of a particular dream.
Dreams are a multidimensional expression for integrating thoughts, feelings, memories, and images into patterns and sequences that help the consciousness to accept and understand them in relation to the various aspects of the whole consciousness.

Maria Duval: Use your imagination to serve your Dreams
Careers, great enterprises, massive fortunes, relationships, children, health, personal development, they all don't happen by chances. They do not become a reality by falling down the sky or by rising out of the depth of some abyss.
Anything that is successful, or leads towards success, originates from an idea, a dream, this notion of the seed that germinates in the heart and mind of a human being. A person without a dream - no matter how small - cannot reap a harvest of gratifying success, which means to say that: your success begins with a dream.
Do you have a dream in life?
What is your dream in life right now?
When we were children, we all imagined what we would like to be when we grew up: astronaut, scientist, actress, doctor, teacher, and etc..
During the course of our childhood, full of play, and our adolescence, full of dreams, we envisaged lots of different roles, and any glamourous position, job or achievement seemed possible and real in our imagination.
But we are grew older we began to lower our sights. Teachers, parents, other adults, maybe friends, advised us negatively to be realistic instead of rightly encouraging us to go for our dreams. The worse of all is that we chose to listen to them as the act of respect or obedience and that really limit our possibilities of our dreams. Sadly, it places a lot of frustration in our later lives, thinking back in disappointment and regrets.
The vast fertile fields which lay before us began to shrink down before our eyes, until our vision of future success was reduced to nothing bigger than a pot of flowers. Suddenly most of the world seems inaccessible in our minds.
But the essential point to recognise is of course that the unlimited potential of childhood and the tight constraints of adult life, both originate mainly from our imagination.
If you believe you can, no doubt you can.
If you believe you can't, you probably can't.
You need to have faith in your dreams for them to come true. Take Maria Duval's words for it. In fact, all great successful men will agree this point wholeheartedly. Just do it and the rewards may be fantastic.
