Maria Duval - Friendship

We are social creatures and all of us cannot live alone, or elsewhere live would be very miserable. We all need a family and friends to socialise with. Friendship is one area which affects how your life will be, the quality of life you lead. Having a group of buddies and friends brightens our lives, especially when there is a common interest being shared. In this friendship circle, you give and you receive in return to maintain a balance.

Maria Duval Friendship
Some people find new friends easily when some find it tough. A person with powerful personal magnetism can certainly help you attract more friends and contacts. But to create a fruitful friendship, one needs to do more to maintain this harmony. Certain attitude needs to be adopted.

Maria Duval points out that firstly, you need to forgo a tinge of egocentricity that makes you want to impose your own ways and views without respecting others around you. Trying to force your own ideas on your group of friends and think that you are the leader of the group is a deadly sin when it comes to friendship.

Every person has a value and belief and wants it to be recognised. Similarly, you also have your own belief system hence to force your own beliefs on others will create disharmony. Therefore you must be prepared to accept other people who have different values from you. Respect is very important as you can see. If you are a true friend, you will offer advices, not imposing on others to adopt your mindset.

Someone being a friend to you does not mean you can have the approved authority to impose your ideologies on the friend. Also always remember that all negative feelings will weaken your magnetic power and could end up getting it destroyed forever.

Remember, in a friendship, do not try to get all the limelight, do not embarrass friends purposely, do not spread rumours, and have respect for each of your buddies.

Gaining trusted friends

Speaking about imposing ideas on another friend, I think everyone has own sense of value and ideas and of course, it yearns to be recognised. If a person is not able to accept other people have their own opinions which are different from his own, then it is very difficult to have a fruitful friendship. Do not be too critical of others and be disapproving of what others are expressing without trying to put yourself in the other person's place. Just imagine for seconds what would you do if you are in his position?

A little bit of empathy would be great and well-appreciated I guess. Would you do things any better, worse or different? Respect their opinion. If you are a true friend, you won't impose, you won't judge!

Clairvoyant Maria Duval teaches that the fact that you are someone's friend does not authorise you to give advice when you haven't been asked for it, to ask awkward questions or to commit discretions. And you yourself must think twice before you share confidences that you might regret later.

If you do this, you will gain true, sincere and devoted friends on whom you can rely and whom you'll be glad to meet during good times and bad. Remember that friendship is a balance! Make sure you do not spoil this wonderful balance by being over imposing and critical.

A friendship needs mutual balance

A friend is someone who you have something in common with and you like to spend your social and leisure time with. In a friendship, you give and you hope to receive, so in a great friendship, it is a two way process in exchanging of ideas, and mutual trust for each other. There has to be a balance in a friendship to be created.

Maria Duval says having a powerful personal magnetism helps a person to attract sympathy and influence opinions, however, to create a harmonious friendship, something more is needed. Certain kind of attitude needs to be adopted in order to achieve this.

Thinking through this, I feel that first of all, a person must not impose his or her view strongly on another party and expect everyone must agree. I'm sure if I have such kind of person as a friend, I'll not be willing to spend some of my time to be with this friend as it is very stressing, isn't it?

Spirituality and Religion

I met a friend in a street out there while I was having lunch. I invited her for a lunch chat since we were both anxious to catch up on the past. We had not met for nearly 5 years. I remember we used to meet at a social networking event organized by a neighborhood committee. She used to stay 3 units down the road from my house and she told me she had since shifted to another town in a rush and did not really bid farewell to neighbors although she was so apologetic for not informing me about the shift.

From the chat, she knows I believe in spirituality due to Maria Duval and she asked me how did religion play a part in my belief?

As I read a lot about this topic, I answered to her based on my understanding that religious beliefs are often results of own cultural upbringing. Many religious beliefs are inherited from the family, from one generation or clans to the next. Or through learning in a institutional environment or simply through contact with the people and society. On the contrary, spiritual beliefs are most often based on personal experience. Just take Maria Duval as an example, it is based on my personal experience.

I am normally not a very a long-winded person therefore I just told her briefly. What I had said here is after bouts of careful thought about this question and it is to the very best of my knowledge.

We exchanged contacts afterwards and we promised to catch up online through MSN. :P It was indeed a nice time talking to an old lost friend.
