Benefits Of Doing Yoga To Improve Your Meditation
It sometimes sounds confusing that Yoga can benefit you in meditation, as meditation is only a part of Yoga. However, in modern scenario, Yoga-Asanas are often referred to as Yoga in short and people often mean postures when they say that they are practicing Yoga for meditation. The basic benefit of Yoga-Asanas is to keep your body fit for the requirements of meditation. My meditation experience
Today I wish to write something about my experience with meditation that I had learned from Maria Duval over the last few months. It is an enriching process.
Nowadays whenever I start to meditate, I always have this question why it passes by so fast. Yes I have actually grown to enjoy it. Meditation can be said to be the best tool for me to relax and destress after a long day at office. It is really relaxing and it is a true holistic experience to go through.
Not just relaxing, I find that meditation aids me in being more creative too. I feel I had some unique and subtle vision that bothers on pure creativity. If only I can put that into an art form, that will be perfect. During this intimate moment with very quiet inward-looking state, everything feels like in tandem with the nature and myself.
There is no standard way to meditate. Maria Duval says that meditation is an extension of the natural state that we have gone through when we were very young. Sadly, most of us lost this ability as we go through formal education.
So I would greatly encourage all of us to put 10 to 15 mins a day to quieten down and listen to our inner most voice while connecting our soul to the universe through meditation.

Intuition can make you fortune, do you believe? I believe you have heard of artistes saying "inspirations" and intuitions are precisely inspirations to them. They know they have to get to work immediately when they receive inspirations, and they can work incessantly without rest until they have completed their masterpieces. That's the power of intuition.
Maria Duval believes that every person can achieve high standards in life, if they want it dearly enough. It depends on whether you want it passionately in life. Once you receive this "inspirations", do not wait but go to complete your work as fast as you can because it may not always be there again.
Maria Duval - the right solution
It makes only ten minutes a day to do this exercise. First of all, choose a place where you won't be disturbed at least for ten minutes. Determine exactly what you want. Next relax your body and mind. Avoid being unsettled or tense up. Maria Duval says the best time to do this if the moment before you sleep, and usually people are more relaxed at this moment. Ideal places could be the balcony, the swing in the garden or the seat by the garden fish pond.
Visualise the scene! Really feel deep within you that your Divine Inner Mind has the power to provide the ideal solution to your problem.
Do not make the mistake of imagining how the problem could be solved, in this particular way or with the help of that particular person. If you do this, there is a risk that you would obstruct the process. So leave the mind to choose its own way of solving your problem. To do this, the Infinite Intelligence may use methods which are inconceivable to the human mind. It knows exactly when, on which particular date and how to grant your request.
So what do you have to do next after asking Inner Guide?
There is nothing you have to do, except waiting patiently and faithfully in the certainty that your Inner Guide will surely respond to your request.
Be receptive to the signals and signs and once you have received the signs, follow it without fail.
These signs can come in many ways, like strange dreams, what you friends say to you, events that appear out of nowhere in your life, or a sudden urge to do something different.
So the mindset is, always keep an open and attentive mind. Something will show you the right solution.
