Doing your best

On the morning when you wake up full of energy, your "best" will be better than when you get home tired at the end of the evening. It may also vary according to how well you are feeling, whether you are happy or sad, angry, full of enthusiasm and etc.

So depending on your mood, your best may differ from hour to hour, from one day to the next, it will evolve over the course of time. But one thing is for sure: when you get into the habit of practising the principles of what you learn here from Maria Duval, your best will become even better than it has even been.

So do your best - no more no less. If you try to do more than your best you will expend more energy than you need and ultimately, your "best" will feel like not enough.

This is because when you do too much, you run don your energy levels in a way that is counterproductive, meaning that it will take more than to achieve your goal. If on the contrary you do less than your "best", you risk feeling frustrated, guilty and regretful
